From time immemorial, and particulary since the 1920's the Estoril
Coast & Sintra has always been a favourite haunt of the
aristocracy and royal families of Europe.
More recently,it has become popular with major personalities
and movie stars.
Because of this, a cosmopolitan attitude is a natural to our
hotel staff as the traditional warmth of Portuguese hospitality.
The choice of hotes is vast, ranging from major five star hotels, usually
with a sea view, to cosy Sintra inns, such as the one where
Lord Byron stayed nearly 200 years ago.
All of the major hotels in the area are well equiped and have
staff spcialised in handling congresses and international meetings.
In any one of them,at least two or three foreign languages are
spoken.
